In addition to full-time employment with a 40-hour workweek, we offer scalable part-time models with predictable schedules. For office-based roles, there is – in coordination with operational requirements – the possibility to work partly remotely. This creates space for a balanced work-life experience while keeping teamwork at the heart of what we do.

Our Location in the Port of Lübeck
The Lehmann Group’s site stretches over approximately four kilometers along the northern bank of the Trave in the Lübeck districts of Herrenwyk and Siems. All locations are easily accessible by bus, bike, or car. Charging infrastructure for e-mobility is available and continues to be expanded.
Even after work, the sea is close by: the Baltic Sea resort of Travemünde can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or roughly 30 minutes by bike or bus – ideal conditions to combine work, relaxation, and quality of life.
